About this event

Who can come and what is this workshop about? Whether you are a member of a community group or a practitioner in peacebuilding and good relations work, this workshop will help us find ways to consider these questions: How can we keep going in this work? How can we sustain our energy in the face of difficulty? How can we support each other in this work?

There will be some practical learning as well as theory to help us understand why self-care is necessary for all of us.

How? Come as you are… via zoom… from a room in your own home.

Requirements: NB- A special requirement is for you to commit to staying for the 2.5hrs of this session. Please arrive into the zoom slightly earlier than 2.30pm as we will start on time. You are also asked to not leave until after 5pm. This is 2.5hr slot for your self-care and for the we-care of the group so book this time in your dairy now.

Delivery: Prof. Melinda A. Meyer DeMott PhD is the Director and Co-founder of the Norwegian Institute for Expressive Arts Therapy (EXA, 1991).
